“it was clean, very well lit. air conditioner and heating worked well. hot water for showers and baths. had laundry on 1st floor didnt like the security latch was missing. door locked but i still like the added protection. ice machine didnt work. recepitcal cover missing on plug in. floor lamp turn on switch broken so only room light was bedside lamp.”

“Over all a great place, I only rate it 4 stars because the air/heat unit was set so if would turn off and on every 2 minutes or so. Which made it hard to sleep. Eventually we set it to just blow on the “fan” option as recommended by the front desk, but as it was 30 degrees at night the heat would have been nice to have at night but it wasn’t the end of the world. We were brought fresh towels on the second day of our stay which was nice. ”
