“Enjoyed our stay in the tiny house. Perfect little spot for a couple or small family. Short walk down to a private little beach (there is a decent hill to walk down, but doable!). Lots of restaurants and conveniences nearby. We happened to be there on a 90 degree day and the sleeping loft was a bit toasty but it was manageable. The lower level was cool with AC. Overall very clean, easy parking, no complaints. ”

“My friends and I stayed here 4th of July weekend and could not recommend it enough. We didn’t know what to expect since there were only 5 reviews, but it completely exceeded our expectations. It is in a prime location on Thames street, walking distance to bars, shopping, restaurants, gas stations, etc. We also had 2 off-street parking spots which were extremely convenient. “As others have said, it's near an intersection, gas station, and busy street, but it's still a great location. You can walk to Bowen's Warf in 20 minutes, there's a bike/walking path behind the house into town, or cut through the Common Burial Ground over to Spring Street.It's extremely clean and has a full kitchen and a washer and dryer in the basement. It's older, with old appliances and nice wooden floors - definitely nothing fancy, but very Newport in its own way. Nice shower.My only……
