“What a great house for our family of 20 plus!! Property was awesome with enough space to spread out and enjoy the Maine fall weather with cookouts and bonfires!! Oh and did I mention the view of the sunrise!! Terra was an excellent host promptly took care of any matters that arose!! Hope to come back one day!!! ”

“Nice place to use as a home base to explore the mid-coast Maine area. We visited Rockland, Rockport, Belfast, Waldoboro and the Pemaquid beach and lighthouse. These were all within one hours drive. The house was clean and everything worked as it should. The furniture and appliances were an odd collection of mismatched pieces, but the price on the place was good, so you get what you pay for. My only real complaint was there are 2 apartments attached to the rear of the place and they must be……

“Our stay was perfect and we wouldn’t change a thing. Plenty of space as far as bedrooms and bathrooms go. So much common space to enjoy a fire, meals, and outdoor space. The beach is very wide during low tide and an added perk. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. We can’t wait to plan a return trip.”

“Spent a cozy Thanksgiving week in this beautiful home. The water views from this home are absolutely stunning. The active fishing village views over the Port Clyde harbor showcased wildlife, clear water, boats and trees. Watched two bald eagles from the wide outdoor focused windows both upstairs and down and from deck. The spacious property has beautiful landscaping, hope too see more of it in the warmer months in the future! The gas fireplace was a cozy feature, especially for November. Loved……

“The property accommodated our family of 11 just as we’d hoped. The open floor plan was perfect for all to be together but space enough to do separate activities. The littles loved the play room! Close to many activities and restaurants. A beautiful view of the lake. Nathan was very responsive and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay; highly recommend this property.”
