“Centrally located in Lincoln Center, surrounded by restaurants and shops, and less than 2 miles from Loon Mtn. About 4 miles from stunning Franconia Notch State Park. The unit was very cute, and perfect for me and my 2 teen kids. We were able to easily cook meals and watch Netflix. The only thing we were disappointed by was the pool area. The indoor pool was freezing, the jacuzzi was lukewarm, and the sauna in the women’s locker room didn’t get over about 75 degrees. There was some construction……

“We wanted a getaway to somewhere cozy, fire pit, hot tub, and remote. It was perfect. We had a fantastic stay! While we were up there we already said we would love to come back! ”

“I loved our stay here. We came to an exceptionally clean house. No complaints other than the toilet in the basement. Whether it was #1 or #2 it got clogged. Every time we used the bathroom we had to use the plunger right after. Very stressful lol. Other than that everything was great. ”

“Lovely little Aframe with lots of charm! James was great host, very easy to work with and attentive. The gnome decor adorable the kids loved it! Really nice space overall. We look forward to our next visit.”

Hallway carpets were being redone, so i caught it at a tough time, but the amenities, location, and overall feel of the lodge was great for me and my kids. Easy access to town. Room had everything needed. Kids had a blast in the pool and game room. Very clean overall, a few blemishes/stains on furniture, etc, but nothing alarming or concerning.”

“Perfect location and size for our Christmas gift vacation with our adult children and grandchildren. Very comfortable layout affording each family their own bedroom and privacy. Large living room with fireplace was the perfect place for the grandchildren to play and a relaxing fire after they went to bed. Finally extremely well stocked kitchen.”
