“The home is so welcoming and well maintained, it was easy to find, clean and most inviting, comfortable. The only downside is Burton is about a 20 min drive from a grocery store, not too many local food options for out of town people. ”

“This was exactly as described! There is a loud train to note that tumbles though throughout the night, as mentioned in the description House was cute and comfortable, and very accessible for our Round Top shopping!”

“We had a lovely time at Tuscany in Texas and John was a great host! We came to the country to visit aging family and, with a 7-year-old in tow, it's sometimes hard to keep him entertained. The Tuscany pool was a welcome distraction and something we used every morning and night. This peaceful location was a perfect way to get some time to unwind in the midst of all our visits. Beds are comfy, the house had everything we needed, and the property is beautiful (and will be even nicer in the future).……

“The actual property is much more impressive in person. There is a large front porch and back porch overlooking the property. There are huge areas of land in all 4 directions. Beautiful and very relaxing for a lady from Dallas!The interior is bright, cheerful, and very current. Delightful!”

“We enjoyed our stay at The Oaks. There were 2 of us and we had plenty of room and privacy. Bonus that there are two bathrooms! The property is very new, modern and clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The location is one mile a south of warrenton on the main highway, so it was very easy access to the antiques and flea markets as well as LaGrange which has the closest supermarkets. We had a small lull-behind trailer and there was plenty of room for us to turn around with the trailer in……

“Thank you for giving our family of 20 such a beautiful place to stay while we attended my son’s wedding at Deep in The Heart Farms. Everyone enjoyed the setting, amenities, separate bedrooms each with its own bathroom, the pool and video games. Coffee in the mornings on the back porch and gathering in the den to chat. Every thing was just perfect!”

“This house checked all the boxes online and exceeded expectations in person. It was so inviting, the decor was beautiful without being too formal. Plenty of beds, comfy beds, kitchen fully stocked, easy to use technology and remotes for hot tub. We were a girls weekend but the house is stocked for families and/or couples. The office was so responsive when questions asked! Highly recommend! ”

“We enjoyed our stay at the ranch. The owner was very quick to respond to questions. We were able to take a tour of the property and see all the farm animals which was a big hit for the kids. Will definitely be back!”

“It was amazing I would recommend this place to all. The only thing I can think of is I’m short and was hard to get in big beds, a little stool would help. Beds were comfortable and big. Area was nice and quiet. Both porches were very nice.”
