“Excellent Cottage! It is literally right across the street from the beach access trail. it leads down a slightly steep hill to the private beach! Has all the amenities, just not Keurig. 5 min drive or 20 min walk to downtown. We had a great time! ”

“The location of these little cottages is unbeatable. It was super quaint and cute! Has everything you’d need for a weekend getaway for 2. I would NOT try sleeping on the front “sofa” - it was super hard. Definitely a pet friendly unit and smelled a bit like dog pee. We wished the gas fireplace was working but it they had just put a small electric on in front of the gas one, which was still okay. Overall, a decently cheap place to stay for a few nights. Just set your expectations correctly and……

“We have stayed here several times and it's terrific. The house is spacious and right on the beach. Bedrooms have private bathrooms/ beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Large outside deck with hot tub is a plus!!”

“Fantastic location!!! Takes you 2 minutes to walk to the beach! Close driving distance to great towns like Seaside and Astoria! We recommend checking out the Indian costal trail abiut 20 minutes out, spectacular views, about 4 miles there and back. You should also check out the Cathedral trail and Column in Astoria where you can throw a wooden plane off a tower! We also recommend going to the Sandtrap bar thats another 2 minute walk from the property and Grandmas Corner for a good hearty……

“We are already talking about when we can return to Livermore cottage. Cape Arch is breath taking and the cottage is the perfect place to take a break from the world. The views of the ocean from the livingroom, the record player, board games, piano, comfy beds and a hosts who are clearly incredibly organized and thoughtful have included everything for your stay. This house feels loved and we felt so lucky to get to stay in it. ”

“We had a fantastic stay at the Sand Castle! Great location, right in the middle of town and on the beach. The wild bunnies were a big hit with the kids! Arnold and Malia were super attentive and responsive. The house itself is very cute and kept very clean (unlike many other beach houses we have stayed at). This was our first time on the Oregon Coast and can’t wait to be back!”
