“Jennifer is very responsive to any questions check in process was easy. The place was very clean. Anything needed was there very close to Letchworth State Park? It looks like they are remodeling. Need to finish some projects. Otherwise there is a nice breakfast area outside a nice place by the fire, a nice view of a easy to find off the highway and within 10 minutes of the state park”

“Our family visited the weekend of our daughter’s college graduation with my husband’s parents, brother, sister-in-law and their kids. The house has plenty of space and everything you could possibly need. There’s a relaxing porch/deck overlooking the lake with plenty of lake toys and fishing equipment for kids young and old! Dana was quick to reply and a wonderful host”

“I was so pleased with our visit to Geneseo, which was made all the more excellent with our stay at this house. The property is close to downtown and a comfortable walk to the SUNY Geneseo campus. The property is truly wonderful, with a classic appearance with a porch. The interior is also beautiful, made more so by display of some of the owner's artwork. “We loved the cabin, property, and location for exploring Genesee Valley. We stayed three nights and the cabin met all our needs and hosts were wonderful as well. Teens loved exploring the creek and David and Terry even let them say hi to their cows which thrilled my city kids. I was pleasantly suprised by all the great warblers I was able to spot right atound the cabin and I"m sure I would have been able to find many more if the kids gave me more time to do so.
