“The hosts were very easy to communicate with. They mad the whole process very easy from check in to check out. The room was decorated in theme and the theater seat were a nice add. During our stay my teen daughter actually suggested we make a movie night during our one night stay and we bought popcorn and signed into Netflix's and had a great time. It is in a really convenient location close to the college, food and shopping. I would definitely recommend!”

“Host ghosted me on the check in. Messaged him through app, called him left voicemail, text him, had VRBO try to reach him got no contact from him at all. Had to find another arrangements at midnight. Thankfully VRBO help out greatly. Had potential to be a nice place but I'll never know.”

“Clean, great amenities, quiet neighborhood, easy access The AC is a bit loud and struggled during the summer heat. I wouldn't expect a large adult to fit in the 2nd bedroom. Only one bathroom and it is a bit cramped. No bath. Air temps throughout the apartment are variable but manageable with the provided fans. Overally I would book it again.”

“Hosts are very accommodating and take special care of their guests. COMFORTABLE beds! AC works great and they even had 2 electric fans available to use. Quiet neighborhood, felt safe, and loved the very private patio! Parking was so close, and we had the spot all to ourselves. Overall great stay and would stay here again.”

“We came for a campus visit for our H.S. senior. We were a party of four, but wanted several beds for a brother and sister. Lots of space and lots of bed options. The location is great! A short walk from University Dr. and the Northgate area. A nice park is just down the street. I took our dog there several times a day. “This was a perfect little spot for a weekend visit at A&M. My daughter is a student and missed our family dog along with her mom so I made a trip to see her. I found this gem because they allowed pets. The directions for check in was easy and everything was as described in the listing. Property had good parking, very clean on the inside and the bed was comfortable. I had everything I needed during my stay. My dogs’s food requires scissors to cut it open (which I forgot) and the first drawer I……
