“We enjoyed our first visit so much that our kids insisted we go back! Unfortunately, both times were very short stays (1-2 nights) but hopefully we’ll be able to try for a longer one next time! The hosts are a quiet family and despite the cabin being on the same property as their home, they are incredibly courteous and try to stay out of our way. They even messaged us several times to make sure everything was satisfactory, apologized for not having time to mow (it wasn’t even overgrown) and……

“We were very impressed with the beautiful wraparound porch and spent most of our time there overlooking the lake. Beautiful property that was even prettier than advertised. Great to have ready access to our boat with the private dock. Five stars all around!”

“We enjoyed our stay so very much! The home was very spacious for 7 adults and one busy 5 year old boy (who loved every moment outside). We enjoyed sitting on the porch during the day, and by the gas fireplace in inside during the evening. I really enjoyed cooking in that beautiful kitchen! Looking forward to our next visit!”

“This property could not have been more professionally presented! The homesite is spectacular and the grounds were meticulously maintained. The inside of the home was spotless and everything in cupboards and drawers could not have been better organized. If we have the opportunity again next year for this group. “We booked the cabin as a place to stay in Warrenton, close to the venue where our daughter was getting married. The cabin layout was not quite what we expected, as you had to walk through a bedroom to get to the master. However, it was a safe place close by to grab a few hours of sleep. ”

“This is not a review although it gets 5 stars. Except for Petra. She was very helpful and nice before the trip and after my husband got back I have written 3-4 emails and she has not responded to any of them. So, Petra is great but not a great communicator and that is what this industry is all about.
