We stayed at the hotel for two nights. The entire first and half of the second day complained about the WIFI and how we kept getting kicked off. We were told to just keep trying. I needed to work and I had to use my HOTSPOT through my phone and used all of my data for the month.
The second day we left in the morning and my daughter had bites on her legs. We didn't think anything about it. When we returned to the room later in the day, my husband told us to get off of the beds because he had a bed bug crawling on him. We looked at my daughters bed, there was a hole in the corner of the mattress and we saw several small bugs. The front desk moved us immediately from the 4thh floor to the 7th floor.
We tried to do laundry, however there was no power in the laundry room and housekeeping did nothing to try to help us. We were given vouchers for the bar that we found out we could not use on alcohol after placing our order, only food. We were attending a soccer game that evening and did not have time to eat.
On the 7th floor we now had internet.
I called the hotel today to discuss some sort of compensations. We have had to wash our clothes repeatedly and our electronics have been in garbage bags in the garage. I was told by Alex the manger, that housekeeping found no bed bugs and they have rented the room and no one has complained. I explained I had pictures, which I did email. I was also told they are going to have an exterminator company come and they will send me the report
