When we arrived at the property, I was told by Hotel staff that we do not have a reservation. I had to call Expedia, who called the Hotel and in the end it got resolved, Thanks to Expedia who stayed on top of it. The hotel offers a shuttle at the start when making online purchase/reservation, which is not true and can only be found out after the reservation and payment has been finalized. There is no luggage storage, which I thought they had, this is a major issue for me. Our return flight was at 6PM, and if there was a luggage storage, we could have seen the places I planned that morning. Finding last minute luggage storage within the area was difficult and it was more difficult to bring our suitcases while going aroung DC.
