I chose this hotel for its great location, spacious rooms, and 4-star rating — and while some expectations were met, the overall experience was disappointing. Check-in was delayed despite a confirmed Expedia reservation, and we were given rooms on different floors, contrary to what was promised.
Throughout our four-day stay, we faced repeated issues: calls for basic amenities like tea bags and paper cups, used towels not being replaced, and long waits for any service. The ice machine on the 8th floor didn’t work, and we were never offered the complimentary wine coupons or restaurant discount.
The rooftop restaurant, a big draw for us, was closed to guests and only open for private events. When asked, the front desk said it stays closed due to liability concerns — so why advertise it as a feature?
The staff was kind and wanted to help, but clearly constrained. Overall, the series of small but persistent issues left a bad taste, and we’ll be booking elsewhere next time.
