It's a nice hotel. I loved the bed, the old town, walkable area and friendly staff. What I did not like was I did not get what I reserved and I received a different room than what I booked for. The new room was bigger but it was not with a tub which I booked for. I thought maybe it's not a big issue but I did not feel too great about the last minute change from hotel on my reservation. But I moved on and I liked the room and how it was designed and furnished. The bed is one of the most comfortable beds from all the hotels I stayed. I usually have tough time sleeping at the hotel because their beds are not that comfortable and their pillows are just not helping but Archer hotel has great beds and pillows. But there were few bad experiences that was a miss for me. A cleaning lady who did not speak English just entered and cleaned my room when I hung a sign not to be disturbed. She just used her key to walk in despite the sign. I found her in the room when I came back to the room and I laughed it off and told her I had the sign but she kept saying something in Spanish. Again, I thought maybe this can happen and it was just a misunderstanding. I did not want to ruin the stay and be in a bad mood. But the next day, while I was taking shower, the water turned cold and I had to wash off shampoo in cold water. That sucked and I almost flipped at how these things kept happening. Again, I liked the hotel but the hotel can do better. I will give 3 stars.
