frustration and disappointment with the lack of assistance I received during my recent stay. On the night of May 17 at approximately 10:30 PM, I contacted the front desk to report that the dryer in my room was not functioning. I had already completed my laundry and needed to dry my clothes in preparation for work early the next morning at 6:00 AM.
Despite explaining the urgency of the situation, I was informed that there was nothing that could be done and that maintenance would not be available until the morning—at which point I would already be checking out. This response was not only unhelpful but entirely unacceptable, especially considering that I was aware there were other rooms available on the property. I suggested being allowed access to a dryer in one of these rooms simply to resolve the issue, yet this reasonable request was denied without any attempt to find an alternative solution.
This situation reflects a serious lack of problem-solving and customer service training. As a paying guest, I expected a minimum standard of support, particularly for such a basic amenity that directly impacted my ability to prepare for work.
Due to the complete lack of resolution and disregard for my circumstances, I will be disputing the charges for this stay with my credit card company. I am extremely disappointed by the way this matter was handled and hope that this feedback is taken seriously so no other guest has to experience the same.
