Wirklich ein tolles Hotel in einer Gegend, die richtig im Kommen ist. Sauber, ordentlich. Zimmer für die USA haben eine gute Größe. Waschtisch im Zimmer ist der einzige kleine Minuspunkt. Ein Stern Abzug: Uns wurde vom Herrn am Empfang ein Gutschein für jeweils eine Margarita in dem mexikanischen Restaurant/ Bar im Rooftop geschenkt. Da wir recht spät anreisten, entschieden wir uns dort noch eine Kleinigkeit zu essen und die Gutscheine einzulösen. Als wir bezahlen wollten, sagte die Kellnerin uns, dass wir vorher hätten Bescheid geben müssen und das wir die Gutscheine nun nicht einlösen könnten - Zack: 30€ … ein fader Beigeschmack zu einem ansonsten tollen Hotel in perfekter Lage

If you are looking for a place to stay and you enjoy going out the location is great. The staff was very helpful and understanding. Finally, The breakfast was delicious. However parking is a problem. It is not for hotel guests only. The night we stayed there was a big event and we were unable to find parking. We drove around for an hour and couldn't find anywhere to park finally we left and drove home.

I wasn’t pleased with how things went with the mishap via Expedia in the rooms. I wasn’t happy about having to pay an additional $40 for an upgrade due to Expedia miss hat with the room, I wasn’t happy about the rooms themselves at this location, while the common areas and the restaurants on site are great I just wouldn’t stay here anymore. Location is amazing.

The hotel itself is beautiful and comfortable. However, they will scam you out of your money if you pay for early check in. They also do not have clear instructions on where to park since there is limited parking. They told me to go through a parking app and it did not give me the option for the closest garage, but rather one that was miles away claiming it was a 5 minute walk. Lastly, the walls are thin and sounds echo through the vents. Although the employees came to handle the loud guests it wasn’t long before they were loud again. Could not sleep. Just make sure you plan accordingly if this is where you choose to stay.

The first room on floor three had an opening where someone can stick a key in an open my door manually versus the card access that I was given. I checked all the other rooms on that floor. This was the only room with this hole. room was dusty. asked if a different room could be accommodated as my husband’s allergies started flaring up, was told there would be a housekeeping fee added to our reservation since we “used” the room. We really enjoyed staying in this hotel and we’re here for four nights in September It is a converted industrial building which brings great charm and character to the property As a European I found the room sizes on a par with many I have stayed in around Europe , although I appreciate they are on the small size when compared to the typical American chain hotel The staff were very helpful and polite and that are two restaurants on site and lots of options within walking distance We found it a very good base to explore DC
