Extremely disappointed. Although this is branded as a Sheraton, if you book a standard double bed room, you’ll likely be placed in a three-story side building—not the main hotel tower. This wing feels more like a budget motel, with low ceilings, outdated decor, and a cramped, depressing atmosphere. To reach your room, you even have to go down a level before taking an elevator—completely inconvenient.
The worst part? I booked almost a month in advance and paid a deluxe rate, but was given a substandard room that looked nothing like the photos online. The images showed bright views and open skies, but the reality was a window facing a narrow alley with another building right across. This is misleading, if not outright deceptive.
When I raised the issue, the hotel said I could change rooms, but only if I paid an additional full night’s rate. How was I supposed to know in advance that the room was nothing like advertised? I only discovered the truth after checking in. Charging extra just to get a room that matches the images you promote feels like a scam. I expected much better from a Sheraton
