The best thing about this hotel is undoubtedly the location — right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. It made exploring the area super convenient and saved us a lot of travel time.
However, the hotel itself left a bit to be desired. The rooms were a little stuffy, and the décor felt a bit outdated. The cleanliness was acceptable but not spotless, and we had a couple of minor maintenance issues.
Staff were friendly but seemed overwhelmed, especially during check-in and breakfast hours. Speaking of breakfast — it was basic at best, with limited options and often ran out of items if you didn’t get there early.
Overall, it’s a decent place if you prioritize location over luxury or amenities. I probably wouldn’t stay again unless I couldn’t find something better in the same area.
