"The plus here is the location! Parking is a nightmare during festivals which is the main reason we came for the Lobster Festival (limited reserved parking for guests). Not the friendliest of services, not the cleanest either. Again, location is the meat and potatoes of this place!"

"Property and location was great for us, especially nice when high tide! Very quiet and private location. Perfect with our little dog.Linens and towels were fresh and clean. "The cabin was well equipped and comfortable although the refrigerator/freezer were not sufficiently cold and could not be adjusted. The setting was lovely and quiet until a large group arrived and occupied the neighboring cabins. They were noisy late into the night."
