“Stayed 2 nights at this hotel, beach village for the first night, and rest horizon for the second. Both rooms were spotless, spacious and quite, Service was exceptional, the utmost embodiment of Thai hospitality. We were greeted by friendly and smiley staff everywhere we went. And the hospitality even went beyond our stay. We missed our coach back to Bangkok. When I called the hotel for help, they not only helped arrange a taxi to pick us up from the coach station, but also made a follow-up call……

“When we arrived, there was no electricity and water, despite providing our confirmation of arrival a day ago, and then another 1 hour right before we arrive. Travelling 3 hours from bangkok and arrived at the villa, not being able to freshen up or even use the toilet was such a disappointment. Property owner also did not have the initiative make up for the unpleasant welcome. Villa toilet bowls and sinks were also rather worn out. Hot water flask had some sticky stuffs inside, which i had to……
