“I had heard so many great things about Luang Prabang, I wanted to check it out. My stay at the Pha Nya Residence was outstanding. Check in was easy, the staff was so very friendly, and the location was great. The breakfast was also very good - try the Northern Lao soup. It was great and I had it every day.”
“The services boys and girls are very nice. There is more comfortable place for us. There is lots of green environment and it looks like so fresh. The room is also quite silent that we can feel much relax.”
“a lovely property with the most amazing staff especially the manager Mr Peehann.
Start with the property which was lovely, comfortable and clean with decent sized rooms. The hotel prepared a breakfast each morning with eggs but local pho was available. Additionally the coffee saffron was excellent.
The property has a great pool where one can relax and even the cross river boat isn't running and there was no bamboo bridge - the hotel arranged a free taxi into town every day.

“I stayed 3 nights and loved the garden ambience and retreat from outside. The manager, she was extremely helpful to any requests and immediately attended to any issue. Also a special mention to Cookie at reception, who performed his many duties with a continuous smile.
Overall a very pleasant stay, and I would recommend for this price range.

“Very clean hotel. Super friendly staff. Nice environment. Super nice breakfast, that u cannot miss that. Bicycles that u can rent for to explore the city. ”
“The staff is helpful and cheerful. When I get hurt during the New Year, no Tuk Tuk can be called. The boss of hostel drives me to the hospital and wait me for over half hour.
The environment is clean and quiet. You can see the reality of monks just in front of the guesthouse, comparing with the "tourist" monks in French area.
But the hotel is in the another side of the river. Bamboo bridge is built during the dry season but it charges 5000K for go-and-back per person. If you stay 4 days,……
“The hotel is newly opened and in Grand condition. It has been renovated and added on to the UNESCO standards for that Historical District.
The entire staff are wonderful, from the cleaners to the GM. They are also so helpful and personable!”
“Property is a little outdated. The staffs was very helpful throughout my stay. Close to all the temples, morning and night market. Perfecr location to join in on the celebration for the lao new year festivals. ”
“I stayed 9 nights here in Villa Phonetip and it was perfect. I had room 4 which had its own private entrance up a little lane way with view of the Meekong. I could sit on my private balcony and watch the sunset each evening !
The location is perfect with lots of riverside restaurants very nearby and it’s only a few minutes walk to the Main Street and night markets.
The rooms are large, bright and clean with good air con.
Finally the staff could not have been more helpful in arranging a few tours……
