“Beautiful facility but we had multiple reservations. I previously had to cancel 1 room out of the 4 ..... the one for our bride and groom. I went down to pay for it and it had been canceled along with the ONE room we had asked to cancel. Long story short.... the young man working the check-in (starts with E) was looking for another room and I said they'd have to book us a different room for our bride and groom and he said "we have lots of bride and groom's and yours is not my problem". I……

“This hotel is in the perfect location if you’re visiting Drake University! The staff was friendly & welcoming, the room was comfortable & clean, the breakfast was good with a nice variety! ”

“Stay was great until i went to the lobby to check out and retrieve my vehicle from valet. There were what appeared to be 2 employees working the front desk. However only one was helping a customer, as i stood there with my bags for over 10 minutes the other employee avoided eye contact and never once asked if she could help me. So i thought she was perhaps busy doing something i could not see. Then a gentleman came down to the lobby and she promptly helped him. I spoke up and said excuse me,……

“It was a nice stay, however even though check out is noon, housekeeping kept opening the door to our room at10, and again at 11. Also the fire alarm check was a loud, ear piercing sound that happened twice....would be nice if you alerted guests this happens every once in awhile.”

“Very clean, welcoming, and comfortable…except the shower was barely luke warm and would not get warmer. Breakfast was great! There was an area to park larger vehicles or vehicles towing a trailer, which was great. ”
