“The hotel looks old but service and cleanliness is good. No lift but the hotel not really high. Staff also nice and helpful. Area around the hotel is fine. Might be a bit worry but everything is fine. I don't know about past years service but maybe I can said they have improved. May come again.”

i used to put my money in my hand carry luggage at a paper bag every time.
But I lost all the money RM850 when I was home in Hong Kong.
i feel very disappointed to the staff. Every time I would give them tips before leaving.
