“This location has a high traffic rate due to the truck stop, the proximity to 35w and also the mere fact you'll easily spend twice as much anywhere in the area. The rates reflect what you'll have in amenities standard in each room but as far as Motel 6's go and this one's location at a truck stop off a major interstate and it past reputation it's easily worth the rates and has cleaned up from its past problems that many may recall locally or that traveled through years back.
