Check in was good. Front desk was polite and helpful. But when we went to check in our room at 7pm our was being cleaned. I found this weird because we had a 3pm check in time. Again the girl at the front desk was helpful and assigned us a new room. This hotel is dirty and is in need of a deep clean.

The whole place is dated and looking run down. The hotel has a zero smoking policy but our room reeked for cigarette smoke very badly. I hate the smell of cigarettes. The pool has nasty looking cloudy water. The nice things were the carpet in the room was new looking and the sauna was excellent, but no pool to cool off in as previously noted.

It is in a good location for what I needed. The hallway smelled like a Chinese kitchen. In my room the TV did not work, the entrance light didn’t work and the microwave must’ve been an eight hundred watt, as only half of the popcorn popped.

This place could be the setting of an Eli Roth movie. If I was by myself, I would have left immediately. The place smells like stale cigarettes and regret. For some ungodly reason, there was a “birdcage” in our room that looked like it had been repurposed for humans. The bathroom looked like it had been hosed down after a slaughter. DO NOT GO!!

I'm super disappointed in our stay. The room smelled horrible. The jacuzzi tub was not clean at all & didn't work, which was the whole reason why i booked this hotel for my daughter and her friend for her birthday in the first place. There were ladders in the pool area just lying around and glass doors falling off their hinges and windows open with no screens on them with little kids running around on the 2nd floor of the hotel. There was access to the pool area from the outside with no key entry but no access to the pool inside the hotel except with key entry. Made absolutely no sense. The room itself was decent aside from some the smell and spots on the floor, but will not ever stay again.

People were yelling and screaming just about the entire night. But from 4am - 7am I could understand the conversation it was angry, mean, and a bit scary. Additionally, all looks ok at check-in, and honestly, the hotel staff was very friendly, but once you turn the corner to the rooms, it is a completely different story. The hallways all have a sign that say if you remove the smoke detector, it's immediate removal and $250 fine. Makes sense because it does smell on MJ. I think my room was clean enough but the bathroom really needs an update to feel more clean. But, i skipped ordering food because i didn’t want to leave the room again until daylight (came in at 8pm) due to the scary noises other guests were making. I'm female and was traveling alone and it really didn’t feel safe. I was just trying to save some money. IMO, it's not worth it and the Holiday Inn down the road was absolutely lovely.

This hotel is disgusting….. The lobby smelled like weed. We went up to the room. Smelled terrible. Tears and goop on headboard. No mattress cover, 1 single sheet over the mattress. Pulled the sheet back, blood stains on mattress. Stains on the top blanket. The tub was dirty. We walked right back to the front desk and in formed them we would not be staying there. Had to go down the street and get a room at another hotel

WORSE HOTEL EVER DO NOT Recommend I HAVE PICS Lobby smelled like smoke and marijuana! Steps going upstairs looked like they had not been vacuumed in forever! Our room was nasty! NO CARPET, just cement floor with an old used bandaid on the floor. The chairs wear all torn and dirty. Smoke detector was literally hanging by wires from the ceiling. NO PHONE, NO BREAKFAST. Also the air/heat did not work. There was one lamp with no light bulbs in it! I called to the front desk and they sent two up and I questioned the housekeeper why no carpet when online pics show carpet, she said they redoing it. I also questioned her about having no lock on the door, her response was “ oh it’s safe, there are tons of cameras around here” I said really, she said yeah ok and walked away. The lamp was filled with dust and the cement floors had crumbs all over the floor! Window sill was nasty dirty, WORSE HOTEL EVER DO NOT RECOMMEND!
