Waterfront Lake Cottage w/ Hot Tub!

What's better than a Lake Getaway! Enjoy this amazing lakeside (just steps away from Lake LeBoeuf) 3 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom lake cottage for your next getaway out of town. This cottage boasts an enclosed front porched (with a/c and heat) for year round use), a 3 season room that's perfect for lounging while being able to take in the view of the Lake. You'll have plenty of room in the spacious open concept living, dining and kitchen area; but, you find your self drawn to the outside hot tub deck both day and night use. Take in the night sky while you rest from a long day on the Lake with the year round hot tub!

Be sure to bring your paddle-board, kayak or canoe (small craft boats are welcome) for a fabulous day on the water. Lake LeBoeuf Lodge sits in quaint and cozy Waterford, Pa with old town flair with wonderful restaurants, grocery store, Dollar General among other options. Just 7 miles from the of Erie and easy access to I-79/I-90 and the Peach Street shopping.

Yes, this is a duplex! So, guests could stay/book the other adjacent unit! If that is not okay, please do not book or just book both units! This duplex sits on the Lake LeBoeuf Campground.

Watersports: There are two kayaks (single rider) for guest use amongst our TLVR lake properties. You will need to bring or rent your own paddles, lifejackets, and have a whistle on board. If you choose to utilize the kayaks, you must follow the boating rules of PA as the lake is policed by the PA Game Commission. You can get fined if you do not have a life jacket or whistle while on the lake.

Wi-Fi/Internet is available along multiple networks. Additional WiFi/Internet and Smart TV is located at the Pavillion and can be enjoyed by guests of the cottage as well as the rest of the campground as these are common spaces.

Rent multiple RV's, Deja Blue Cottage and the "sister" cottage Blue Chill Cottage for big groups ideal for sports tournaments in Erie and Edinboro!

Please Note: This property is located in "snow country" and guests from November 1 to March 31st MUST have AWD/4WD to stay. During Spring and Fall, we recommend AWD/4WD vehicles as well. Being steps away from the lake the area is subject to some flooding.

Good Experience
We stayed here for a fishing trip to Erie. The place was clean and accommodating. The hot tub was a nice feature and the location was great. There were a couple things we wished we knew before hand that weren’t an issue for us but good to know when you book: Bring your own toiletries (not much provided) Fire pit is shared with the campground Parking for one vehicle at the house(there’s more parking close by) Arrive early enough to let the house cool down before expecting to sleep Check the gas on the wood stove(it was left on when we arrived) Ultimately we had a great experience and would definitely stay again if we come to Erie. Since we were fishing we got up really early and the property manager even checked to make sure it was the owner of our vehicle who was getting the truck ready in the morning and not someone trying to mess/steal from it. That was around 5am. We really thought that was awesome! They were kind and sociable. The place is 15-20 minutes from the lake. We’ll definitely stay again if we go for another trip.

Relaxing!!!
We loved our four day stay. The only down size was the steps to the cottage. It was difficult for us to carry our elderly dog up and down the steps but that's on us. The lakeview property is amazing and the property manager was fantastic. The only suggestion I have is the lack of shade on the patio with the hot tub. Five stars across the board!

Family long weekend
Cottage was beautiful and clean. It is huge. Perfect for our family, my brother’s family and our parents. Bathhouse was great since there is only 1 bathroom. Nicest bathhouse we’ve ever seen. The outdoor setup was nice—if it didn’t rain buckets we would have used the fire pit. It did flood in the grass and driveway, but it never made it to our cars. We didn’t use the hot tub. It looked cloudy when we peeked inside, and it rained most of the time we were there. Maybe next time. We also had our Sheltie with us. Pet friendly is always a plus. We would book again.

We came to see the Eclipse and had a good time
It was cold early April. At night around 29 degrees, but up to 65 in the sunny afternoon. We were two couples and a dad with an 11 year old, which was an awkward fit for the space. The 11 year old was very happy with the small porch room with the day bed. The 56 year old dad tolerated the small upstairs room that was the gateway to the huge attic bedroom, where I and my partner slept. You do have to trek though that room and down stairs a way to the bathroom. There isn't heating up there that we saw, but if you leave all doors open the downstairs heat creeps up a bit. The common spaces were big The hot tub was glorious. It wasn't attached to the lifting levers and we didn't see the "wind straps" mentioned in the instructions for leaving. The lake had flooded over the park and picnic tables nearby, but that added to the beauty, really. We stayed inside and cooked and played music and games. The kitchen was well equipped. We ate a delicious meal at the Boneyard BBQ a couple blocks away. It wasn't perfect for us, but it was perfect for the moment.

The steps to front door need repaired and the jet in the hot tub was broken. The Deja Blue was very spacious and perfect setting for kids to play outside. We would book it again.

Quiet getaway
We were in town for a family get together and wanted a dog friendly place to stay for the weekend. This rental was perfect. Super clean, spacious, quiet, with a nice view of the lake. The hot tub was an added bonus. The only suggestions I'd have would be adding hangers in the closets and having a way to block the doorway to the porch for privacy. We worked around both! We'd definitely stay there again.

Loved the house. Very clean and functional for two families to share. The downstairs bedroom REALLY needs a stepladder for the bed. Well maintained house and great hot tub. Available kayaks were fun. Easy trip into Erie. We wanted to visit the local museum but wasn’t open during our stay.

We had our first family reunion in memory of my aunt that passed. When we booked this place we had no idea it was literally 8 minutes from the venue and several family members we had not seen in years!! It was so peaceful, most everything we needed was there! The property is beautiful and the house is well maintained and clean. Everything you could need is supplied. The first floor bedroom does not have 2 double beds as advertised. It could also use a step stool as the bed is very high. Hard for average adult to get into. Appliances are good, but don't run clothes washer if you want to sleep.....VERY loud. These are minor issues. I would recommend and stay here again. Great location. Grocery store less than 3 minutes away. Several Ice cream shops and beer distributor within 5 minutes. Quiet. Nice area for a walk.
