“Was excited to stay here but quickly lost enthusiasm once we realized we would be on the 3rd floor with no elevator and in the farthest complex from the pool amenities. Communication was great up until actually checking in and our app wouldn’t unlock the door. The app directions were not intuitive and it took quite some time to get assistance. Customer service was pleasant but required downloading a whole other app while standing in a hallway in 100+ degree heat and with little cell reception.……
