When I arrived, it was late. There was another guest dealing with an issue while kids were climbing on staircase. The worker didnt mind at all. He remained calm while the guest was asking for a replacement room or pull out couch due to urine on it. When we took our room, we went to the pool. There were no towels for the pool. I was told, "everyone took them, so I cant wash any." There were no empty towel return bins. How does a hotel run out of pool towels? Close the pool if you dont have towels. Secondly, and more importantly, when we went to use the beds, a mouse dropping was found under the pillow. One of the pillows had yellow stains on the cover. And there were several spots of hair and grime or residue on the sheets and under the mattress. The bathroom also had pinkish liquid all over the right side wall in front of mirror. I went to tell the worker, and again, he had no pillows or blankets to replace. He apologized and was very nice, but could only give me new covers. My kids froze all night. The breakfast buffet had a great spread, but again, I wasnt feeling up to eating after what we saw in the room, and hearing what the previous guest the night before was complaining about.
