“Some towels and bathroom rugs were wet. Dishwasher was not unloaded. Some dishes in cupboard were dirty. No plastic wrap or aluminum foil. Kitchen supplies limited. Toiletries were limited. No instructions for vacating unit.”

“Townhouse was clean and beautifully decorated on main floor. Listing showed master bedroom & bath on “primary floor”. All 3 bedrooms were upstairs. My husband has difficulty climbing stairs & had we known this we wouldn’t have rented. For us a big problem was no drawers to put clothes in. Had to use suitcases. Closets were big and wonderful but no shelving. Had no garage pickup for 2 weeks ( we were there 3 weeks). Owner said he would take care of but it wasn’t in a timely manner. Hopefully……

“Everything was great with the house 2nd time we’ve stay there! Getting the key to the house out of the lockbox was kind of a pain. Maybe a coded door would work better? Overall 5 out of 5!”

“This is a great house…tons of room, clean, and best of all, the owners don’t leave you a list of chores to do at checkout. Got to park in the garage, too, which was appreciated. ”

“This is a fantastic place for a family getaway! The house is great, well appointed, and very well kept. The view overlooking the Cedar River is mesmerizing with lots of wildlife and gorgeous sunsets. Cedar Falls is about five minutes away with lots of great shops and a variety of places to eat. ”

“Had a nice stay. The house was as described. Just a note that there are steps to each bedroom. If you have someone in your party that cannot do stairs that could be an issue. The house had a great view and the outside deck was amazing. Plenty of parking for our group.”
