“We had a fantastic stay. The bed was comfy, the room was small but functional with all nice high quality amenities. Bathroom was clean and well decorated with a modern look. Breakfast included and it was the best full English I’ve had in years. No skimping on quality. Price on taps for beer was pretty high but it’s a hotel. They always are. Beautiful building and surroundings. I have no hesitation that we will be coming back. ”

“The 1st room we were given had a kettel with limescale in it and a bath with the enamel worn and black marks also purple marks on bath from some product that had been used previously we complained and were given another room.The 2nd room was on the 1st floor but there is no lift available as it is not being used anymore so anyone with mobility issues like my wife it will cause issues ! However there are some ground floor accessible rooms available. The radiator in our 2nd room wasn't working on……

“Check in was very Easy. And the receptionist was very helpful . Easy to find from Hull Railway station.I went though the St Stephen Shopping centre and out the other end down the path and hotel is just across the road. Nice room with nice bathroom. TV and could get the red button on the BBC. Breakfast was free and I was not expecting much but was great Choice of cerials, Fruit juice. You have to fill in a small slip for cooked breakfast one sausage one bacon, mushrooms, black pudding, tomatoes,……
