“The property is beautiful. Perfect for a quiet weekend on the lake. My personal opinion is that it’s slightly overpriced for the size of the home. Especially if sharing the space with other renters-the basement space can be rented separately from the upstairs. But I suppose that’s the market rate so do with that what you will. The space was very clean and if you’re traveling with the dogs, this is a wonderful spot. The hosts have gone above expectations for making them welcome in the space.……

“What an amazing property. We were so surprised when we entered the home that it was beautifully decorated for Christmas and had fresh poinsettias placed in several rooms. The location is so close to downtown Murfreesboro without being too close. The home has private secured off street parking. “Had a wonderful stay. Very comfortable beds and bedding and a great bathroom. Owners very accommodating. One suggestion is to add a loveseat or more seating in the main living area so 4 people can sit comfortably. Kitchen well stocked but could use a dish rack for washing dishes and a toaster. “My family & I traveled for my daughter’s high school softball tournaments & decided to stay. GREAT DECISION! Spacious, great location, private, & set up perfectly to prepare meals at home. Communication with host was easy & she answered all my questions. I would use this home again & recommend it for friends. As for most rentals, it could stand some updating & deep cleaning, & the bottle drive was tough, but it wasn’t anything that would keep me from renting again. We enjoyed the pingpong……

“My husband and I stayed for 2 nights here and would highly recommend. Very quiet and private. You wouldn’t know there was another home on the property if you couldn’t see it. The host was quick to answer any questions. It’s a short drive to the city so perfect for someone who doesn’t want the constant noise and hustle of staying in Nashville. We’d happily come back again if we’re ever in the area. I recommend morning coffee on the patio and taking in the beautiful views of the property! ”
