Beyond impressed with our stay at The Suite. It was perfect for our "kid free" over night. Clean, beautifully decorated. Dianne was very responsive to questions. Made excellent dinner recommendations. Would absolutely stay there again.

There was a Murphy bed!

Loved the compactness of the property - could see myself staying there for a week to write or meditate - and loved the Murphy bed - very efficient,There was very good, interesting, history of the property

A very special location

We enjoyed our stay in this very special location. All the furniture and decoration is very nice. The preparation for our stay was lovely with lots of little things that are fare above standard. We would love to come again one day.

Wonderful Stay for Hamilton College Parents

My wife and I stayed here for the weekend of Hamilton College's 2024 Commencement and were very impressed. Clean, modern, comfortable and perfectly situated, with access to a smart TV and WIFI (despite the rural location). Food and beverage offerings were highly appreciated. We will definitely be back!

Hometown Visit

We have stayed at this location several times in my former hometown. The property is great for our purposes. Everything is always clean and well prepared for out visit. Dianne does an excellent job.

This is a very cozy place and really great for the area. Fits 2 guests extremely well with all the amenities you could need. We were there for college visits, so perfectly located between Colgate and Hamilton (20 minutes in each direction). I would highly recommend this location!

Gem in Waterville, NY

Loved the property, will stay there on our next trip to the area. Dianne was very responsive and helpful. Property was extremely clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything you possibly needed. Waterville is an idyllic small town with a great food coop.

Fall Getaway

The Schoolville Suite is both charming and comfortable. Dianne thoughtfully provided breakfast and snack items for us. The Suite was a perfect homebase for our exploration of the beautiful surrounding area. We enjoyed our long weekend, and we hope to return.

This property was excellent. We regret that we were only able to spend two days. Speaking of cleanliness; this property was like brand new clean! If you want a quite rural setting; this is the place for you.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The host communicated with us before hand. The school house is adorable and immaculate. It has everything you’ll need. It feels like staying in someone’s home. The host provided such useful and thoughtful ammenities. It is truly a find.

Always happy to return!

Our third stay at the property while visiting our Hamilton College student. The first evening was warm and beautiful and were sitting on the front steps when a man appeared w a table and chairs and set them up for us. We ate dinner outside and it was a lovely night! We love our visits here - it has everything we need and is so comfortable. Thank you for having us again!
