Good for a short stay

The property was clean and the check in details shared were easy to follow. Additional details on parking and check out information would have been helpful. The description should note that it is located on the 2nd floor and that the outdoor area is accessed separate from the main living area. Overall it was a good spot for a short stay.

Was pretty alright. Listing doesn’t state that it is a shared space (apartment). Shower took a minute to figure out. Overall not bad, and very clean. Only thing is the parking instructions state one thing, but the host texted us different instructions.

Nice little place

Close to Colby which is what we needed. The beds were very comfortable. It was a nice little cozy stay. Located right on the Main Street which was nice.

Overnight stay, all was great!

I stayed while picking up my daughter from camp in nearby Oakland. Location is super convenient to downtown Waterville, property was exactly as described, and communication was excellent. Thank you!
