Waterville Valley Pet Friendly Vacation Condo close to Community Center! (WHB16V)

This one-bedroom affordable vacation condo is in a great location in Waterville Valley.  Close to the Waterville Valley Recreation Department, an easy walk to the outdoor pool at Windsor Hill and a free bus shuttle to Waterville Ski Area.  Enjoy this updated condo with Full and Bunk in the bedroom as well as a futon in the living room making room for families of 6 or 4 adults.  Bring family and friends to this condo and enjoy all of Waterville Valley's Resort Activities!  The condo also has a wood fireplace and wireless internet.

For winter enjoy the Nordic Center with plenty of cross-country trails for skate and classic skiing.  Sleigh rides in the Town Square and Dog Sled events!  Plenty of snowshoeing around the valley as well.  For Summer enjoy the 9-hole golf course, clay tennis courts, Hiking and Walking for all abilities!  Hang at Corcoran's Pond for swimming and boat rentals.  Catch some trout in the Mad River.  Bike and Inline skate rentals are available at the Town Square.  You can also walk to the shared pool right from your Windsor Hill Condo!

Year-round enjoy the shopping and dining at the Town Square, special events with live music and fireworks!

Weekly and Monthly discounts!  Up to families of 6 or 4 adults. Age min. of 24 for all adult groups.

Dogs are allowed with owner approval and an additional fee. A full-size sheet will be provided to put on the couch. No cats.

No Smoking is Allowed at this Property.

Rates include 8.5% NH State Tax, Departure Cleaning. Linens & Towels and a Property Protection Plan covering you up to $1500 for any accidental damage.

Great stay!

We ended up in Waterville Valley unexpectedly, but we are so glad we did! The property was exactly as described and very clean. The location was perfect. We were able to bike into town each day and leave our cars parked. Highly recommend!

Perfect Summer Getaway with Pets!

This place was perfect for our summer getaway including a grandmother, Daughter, 2 grandchildren and 2 small dogs. Lots to do in Waterville Valley every day! The posting had shown a king bed in the room, but we did confirm that it was actually a full size one and the bunk beds. Comfy mattress topper and had everything we needed for a great week!

Wonderful clean one bedroom in a lovely community

Wonderful clean one bedroom in a lovely community. I loved this ground-floor unit for its ease of access to the outdoors. Waterville Valley Village is beautiful and just minutes away. They were hiking trails close by. It was a wonderful stay I would stay here again.

Great location for the price

The condo was a quaint little place. It was nice to have our dog there with us and only a minute drive to the mountain. It was a 10-15 minute walk to the town square. It was a little outdated but was functional. Overall had a good time!
