“We chose to stay in Burgaw to save a little money instead of staying in Wilmington during the Fourth of July week. Our daughter had orientation for UNCW which was just 30min away. The house was clean and neat. It was fully stocked. The only thing we missed was a microwave. Also, the water was high in iron but I suspect that’s a regional issue. Great job fixing up this house!”

“This little apartment was just right for my husband and I. It was a little weird when we first got there bc we could hear everything that was being said in the other part of the house. The bookcase that has been built to separate the interior door between the house and the apartment doesn’t do much to soundproof but it was no big deal. We were gone most of the time and the other part of the house was only in use for the the first night of our stay. There is no oven so don’t plan to make anything……

“Cottages are spacious and lovely. Room extras were appreciated. Wished we didn't have to go to holiday inn express for breakfast but it was a enjoyable meal and not that far from the cottages. Walked Nextdoor to the clubhouse for dinner, excellent, a real treat. ”
