At Gracie's Place, enjoy a large open space with privacy and still be so close to all of what Watkins Glen NY has to offer. This newer updated home has plenty of room to stretch your legs. You will have a warm cozy feeling as soon as you walk into the large family room with an electric fireplace. In the living room is a cozy sectional couch where you can cuddle up with the fireplace on and stream on the WI-FI enabled smart tv. The large kitchen is equipped with plenty of amenities. From the coffee maker to the ice machine, it has everything you need. You'll find the dining room table has plenty of room to take advantage of the board games or cards we have. The main floor bedroom has plenty of room for you to unpack and catch some Z's in the comfy and spacious king bed. The main floor also comes equipped with new washer & dryer as well as a full bathroom with a jetted tub!
Head to the next level of the house to find another spacious living area with plenty of room to hang out enjoying the large Wi-Fi enabled smart TV with 2 couches with chase loungers. The two couches also have trundles to pull out into 2 full beds w linens. Next, a super cute bedroom with a new queen bed & some extra seating. Finally, you'll find the 3rd bedroom with a large closet and new Queen Bed. All bedrooms have Wi-Fi enabled smart tv's, ceiling fans, wireless charges, & nightlights. There is another full bathroom here as well. Ready for some fun? Just completed brand-new game room finished February 2023. Equipped with Basketball Shoot out, Pacman Arcade, Foosball and Darts with another large wi-fi TV. (Updated pictures coming soon)
If you'd like to head outside for some fresh air, enjoy the large grounds with plenty of space & privacy. Off the main floor living area is a large deck equipped with a grill, table & plenty of seating. You can also enjoy Kan Jam, Ladder Ball, cornhole, Hammock, Picnic Table, and swing set. As the sun goes down, walk down to the fire pit for some smores. (Exterior upgraded pictures coming spring/summer 2023)
This beautiful home is nestled on a private 4-acre lot. You can enjoy privacy and space while still being minutes away from all of your favorite places. You are less than 5 minutes from the racetrack. Thats right, if you're a race fan, car fan, or better yet, a driver of your own car, enjoy this prime location to the track. You can hear the humming of the race cars on the racetrack right from the house. Oh man, I love that sound! Within 3 minutes, take the family to trackside Ice Cream stand to enjoy some treats, putt putt & go karting. Downtown Watkins Glen is only 5 miles down the hill. In town, enjoy many restaurants, the lake, harbor, shopping, groceries etc. Feeling more adventurous? You are only 6 minutes from the breathtaking Watkins Glen State Park trail. Lastly, You're within 10 minutes to the first winery on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail. Perfect location for a wine tour
As an added bonus, next door on its own 4 acre lot is our sister property, Hannah's House, at 1730 State Route 414. Perfect for larger groups or bridal/groom house combinations. Behind the property is the KOA campground walking distance, so stay here as the rest of your group camps.

The house is beautiful, clean and cozy. When we arrived, the heat had been set to 65, it was quite cold. It did take a while to warm up as it's radiant heat (in the floors). Could have used a few more necessities in the kitchen. The game room offers hours of endless fun.

Fall Getaway
We had a great stay! House was exactly as described. Spotless and well appointed. Very comfy king bed. A bit of road noise in the upstairs bedroom and a train at 9 each morning but nothing excessive. House is bigger than it looks in pictures. Great location to be close to everything but away from town. Would definitely stay here again!

Pro: ** Location. Perfectly situated between Watkins Glen and Corning. Great for touring the Finger Lakes or visiting on a race weekend. ** Very large kitchen with virtually new nice appliances. ** Excellent communications with managers. ** Very good internet & TV streaming services Con: ** Older house and furnishings. ** Very loud A/C unit. ** No paved driveway or walkway to the house, so it got muddy in heavy rain. Overall a great stay. The house is on a busy street, which, upon arriving, we thought might be an issue but there was zero noise issues. Very peaceful.

We spent the week at Gracie’s House for our wedding! It was the perfect place to spend time as newlyweds. The house was clean and had everything in it we needed. Watkins Glen Hiking Adventure
The property was clean and spacious, easily accommodating 3 couples. We were pleasantly surprised by well-stocked toilet paper and paper towels (not sure if supplied by rental or last guests). Although air conditioned, there is 1 unit in the main floor bedroom and 1 portable unit in the dining area (not central). We were there in 90 degree weather and the AC did keep the house cool, just a bit loud. A few suggestions would be to add an extra pillow or two on the lower level and a few storage type bowls/tupperware in the kitchen.

Gracie’s Place
We had a wonderful time at Gracie’s Place. My wife and I felt the location was perfect. We were able to be out on our boat in less than 20 minutes from the house. Waterfalls and hiking trails were amazing as well as the vineyards! Some of our group drove on the racetrack while others went fishing. I especially enjoyed the day at Hammondsport visiting the Curtiss Museum and Finger Lakes Boating Museum.

Just what we needed
Your house was the perfect home base for our vacation adventures. Clean, quiet, comfortable, and fun for our kids. We felt right at home. So close to everything we wanted to do. We spent time touring and blowing glass at the Corning Museum of Glass, hiked the Gorge trail at Watkins Glen State park, played at the state park playgrounds several times, walked around and dined in Watkins Glen, the lake, Clute park and splash pad, ran on the Catharine Valley trail, and drove to Robert Treman State park to hike and swim in the waterfall fed lake/pool (definitely worth the short 30 minute drive- gorgeous waterfalls and a great playground for kids in addition to the swimming area). We loved the area and will recommend your house and the area to others. Thanks again!

Beautiful and clean house!
We had a wonderful stay at Gracie’s House. It was very comfortable and clean. Very spacious and cozy. The beds were very nice and we slept very well. Probably the only complaint was the lack of kitchen utensils and pots and pans. Other than that, it was great! The keurig didn’t work but the other coffee pot did.

Great rental
Location is perfect for those roaming the area, it is close to everything and the village is less than 5 minutes downhill. Game room is a perk! The pictures are very accurate. The entire house is immaculately clean, well lit, with plenty of room to spread out. All the bedrooms are roomy and have a tv. Appreciated amenities: iron & board, hair dryer, games, smart tv's, decent wi-fi, washer/dryer/soap, dish washer, counter top ice machine, large fridge, roomy kitchen. I have stayed here twice, so a few things from my POV: KOA is next door and the house is on SR 414 to Corning so there is truck traffic passing by. Both can add to the outside noise level but the house is pretty soundproof. I particularly like the interior decorating that highlights the area's attractions and offers thoughtful messages. The floors are all beautiful tile, but can give some a chill. The thermostat is capped at 68, and my parents were always cold. My brother and I however, were comfortable. Maybe set the maximum at 70? Along the lines of keeping the parents comfortable, would it be possible to install grip bars to the bathroom on the main floor? The middle grill on the stove top was perfect for pancakes! The kitchen basics are given, but a few different sized baking dishes would be a nice addition. The k-cup Keurig didn't work but the larger coffee pot did. Overall the place is really awesome and you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic find
We stayed here as a base to explore the finger lakes wine country and hiking in the area and it really lived up to everything we hoped for! The space was large enough for us to stay in (could even use the game room as a bedroom for our toddler), clean and comfortable. I was a little concerned on arrival how close the house was to a very busy road as I’m a very light sleeper but the bedrooms are far enough away from the front of the house that it didn’t bother me, or anyone else, one bit. That said the play space - which we did spend a lot of time using - is in the front yard somewhat close to the road so it requires some decent supervision of small children. But again, we happily used it without issue just wanted to note it here for other parents as it’s hard to tel from the pictures. We also left a baby camera in the house and they were so responsive and helpful to return it to us - I truly can’t thank them enough! The location was very close to Watkins Glenn, its amenities, and the hiking in the area, and you can reach almost all the wineries in the area in under 40 minutes. We didn’t go to the racetrack but we passed it and it was just a quick drive away as well. Overall an accommodating home with some nice personal and fun touches in a generally attractive location. If we travel to the area again I would happily stay here.

Wonderful home - clean and great area
Clean, beautiful and such a fun game room!! Would stay again. Bring your own shower toiletries (no soap or shampoo) and cleaning products for the kitchen. Coffee filters were there which were a lifesaver! Loved it!

Fantastic Home, Bring All Items With You
This home is brand new and does not have the typical wear and tear that's expected with most rental homes. The photos are spot on and everything is in very good working order. I gave a rating of 5 starts, but if you are staying in and cooking, be sure to bring everything you need with you. There are some pots and pans, but items like seasoning, sugar, coffee, etc won't be on site.

Great place!
House was rented for a 4 member family reunion. The cleanliness of the entire place was amazing. The main floor has the living room, kitchen, dining room, and a bedroom with a full bathroom right across from it which was great for my elderly parents. The downstairs has two more bedrooms, another living room and full bath, plus a nice game room. Believe me when I say there is plenty of room to spread out. The only reason for not giving a perfect score is because the coffee maker didn't work and we are coffee drinkers. Dunkin Donuts is not far away, so we made it work. Also, the step onto the front door landing is higher than your average step and can be tricky for some. We mostly did take out, but the kitchen looked pretty well stocked with cookware, utensils, plates, drinkware, etc. It was too chilly to be outside, but there was a nice deck with table and chairs and I think a BBQ grill. Loved the art on the wall which is all about Seneca Lake, WGI, and cool local stuff...especially loved the poster from the 1970's concert at the track! It's on State Route 414 so you can be in Corning exploring in no time, or head into Watkins in less than 5 minutes.

Our stay at Gracie’s House
We al enjoyed our stay at Gracie’s house. There was plenty of room for us (4 adults and 2 children). We visited Seneca Lake, Watkins Glen state park and picked apples at Reisinger’s apple country. Gracie’s house is close to everything we wanted to do in Watkins Glen. Grandkids loved the spacious yard and of course the tree house.

Excellent location and beautiful home!
We loved staying here... so inviting, spacious and CLEAN! Plenty of room for everyone, and right on the main street for easy access to town, parks and wineries. Would hands down recommend, and certainly stay here again if revisiting.

Great location, super spacious
This was a super comfortable stay. The location was great to access the wineries around Seneca. Only issue was with that the area of this property didn’t have service for 4 out of 6 members in our party. Only two of us had one bar to make calls. But! The wifi in the house does well upstairs and majority of the downstairs room except the bunk bed room.
