“Perfect location for my quick overnight. Know Athens well as previous resident. Great privacy, location a quick walk or uber and snap you’re downtown/Sanford Stadium. Super easy to find, you feel like you’re in the woods with all the evergreens/green vegetation. Clean, equipped with what you need for overnight or longer stay. Location awesome for college campus/downtown you name it.”

“Perfect property for quick get away. Boat ramp (literally) 2 blocks away! Shallow water but perfect for pontoons and jet skis. The walk to the dock is effortless; not a steep leg burn :)”

Our children enjoyed fishing off the dock and we found the process of renting a boat to enjoy right from the house really fun and easy! We can't wait to return!”
