This fabulous 1 bedroom, ground floor, ocean view condo has everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay with extra touches to spoil you. A beautiful modern living room, complete with a marble fireplace, 4K Smart TV, and original watercolor artwork will pamper you. Pull up the shades to reveal a wall of windows with an amazing, unimpeded view of the Pajaro Dunes bird sancuary and the Monterey Bay. Watch the color palette change throughout the day or read a book while sitting on the exquisite leather recliner or plush sofa. Work or play on your laptop or tablet while sitting comfortably at the desk and an ottoman by the picture window, or kick back on the couch and relax while watching some streaming videos on the Smart TV. Beach access and comfort

Such a cozy and pretty place for our family to rest in-between bouts of beach play. Nice to have big walk-in rain shower, murphy bed for kids, beach chairs and such to grab everyday, and boardgames for the nights. Incredible bed in the bedroom, with incline and massag options.

Overall the stay was nice! the only issue was the entry lock would not lock from the inside and shower heads probably need to be cleaned from deposit buildup. Stain/ dirty spots on couch but I guess that comes with light colored. Windows needed to be cleaned to see the beautiful view.

Birthday Celebration

We loved your condo. Very nicely updated. Everything was well stocked. We enjoyed long walks on the beach. The weather cooperated with sunshine the days we drove into Monterey for dinner. Overall, a wonderful, peaceful week celebrating my wife's 81st birthday! Thank you.

Nice place with a few unfortunate electrical gremlins.

Overall, the condo is great. Solid amenities and living space. Pajaro dunes us also a great community with a nice atmosphere. Unfortunately for our stay, the electric water heater was out, and even with circut breaker resets at advice of the property owner, it was a cold shower weekend. There was also an outlet sticking well out of the vanity wall next to the sink which we actively avoided, and some seemingly exposed wire ends in the closet near the water heater and fuse box. Obviously short notice and only a two night stay, so I don't think it reasonable for the property owner to adress these during our stay. We still enjoyed our time.

Great Stay Overall

This property is in a fantastic location, but the road leading to it needs serious repairs. The drive was quite rough, which made it a bit challenging with a newborn and caused minimal wear and tear on the car. Check-in was smooth, although we had to briefly get out of the car to pick up a parking pass from the front desk/security. Parking was hassle-free after that. Being on the ground floor, we could hear a lot of noise from the unit above, especially in the mornings, which was a bit disruptive. The condo itself is modern and stylish but lacks air conditioning, so keeping the windows open for airflow was important. The floors and couch weren’t spotless, but nothing that made the stay uncomfortable. The sink's water pressure was low, and the back door handle was broken, which were minor inconveniences. Despite these issues, we had a great experience overall. I’d give it a 4.75/5 and would definitely consider staying here again.

Sisters Birthday Getaway

Spent two incredible nights at Celina’s lovely condo with my two sisters to celebrate our summer birthdays. We so enjoyed the beauty of Monterey Bay in the relative seclusion of Pajaro Dunes. The patio was perfect for enjoying the sights and sounds of the pelicans and other birds that populate the dunes. Being just steps away from beach was very conducive for catching the amazing sunsets on both nights of our stay. It was everything I hoped for and more!

Great getaway

We had such a good time at Celina’s beach home at pelican 53. Easy to keep clean, the kids loved watching Disney+ and Netflix in the evenings. The beach is just a hundred steps from the back door. We will definitely be back!
