Alister and Caroline were full of good tips about tracks to forgotten beaches and rainforest drives. Perfect for day trips to 12 Apostles, etc. Highly recommended getaway for adventurous romantics. ”

“This is really a fantastic lodge for us. We have been travelled around the world and this is the first memorable luxury lodge for our stay. With tailored Lodge Manage for the courtesy explanation on the lodge facilities. Superior design on the lodge, perfect kitchen and room facilities. Private BBQ site for family party. Although the location is a bit difficult to find, however, we will definitly introcing this lodge to our friends and family in Hong Kong.”

“Alkina lodge is so beautiful and nestled right in the forest. You can see kangaroos and deer up close right outside the window.
The entire place is high end luxury from the bedding, furnishings, kitchen appliances and bathrooms. The kitchen is very well appointed and has everything for a large group.
We only stayed one night but I wish we had stayed longer! It is very close to 12 Apostles and we were able to get there in the morning and beat the crowds.
Expedia showed this as a 1 bed, 1……

“The house is quite old. The cleaning is terrible. Many of the dishes were filthy. It's a little difficult to get there. The entry is unmarked. “My partner and I made the trek from the east of Melbourne out to Apollo Bay and stayed at the Apple Tree Cottage for 3 days for our honeymoon.
