“My large group of friends and I all went to college at Winona and wanted to revisit. We found Port 19 and knew it would be perfect. The location is amazing we were able to walk to a lot of the local bars on nights out and had the backyard space for bags and grilling out. Julie the host is truly amazing and made our stay a 100/10 with her hospitality. We will most definitely be visiting again on our next group trip down to Winona. Thank you Julie for opening your beautiful home to us and others……

“So clean!!! Hats off to the hospitality staff! I contacted the manager, who responded immediately and solved our minor problem. It was located overlooking a Marina, with lovely grounds.Everything was included and large enough to hold six comfortably (although we just had three + a service dog. EXCELLENT!!”

“Property is in a beautiful historical building located within walking distance of many downtown establishments. Also took advantage of the bike trails in the area. Enjoyed the full kitchen stocked with everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Only suggestion might be to upgrade with more comfortable funiture in the living room area. "Staying at the Alexander Mansion felt like stepping back in time to an era of elegance and warmth. Every piece of furniture and every lamp tells a story—but what truly made this stay unforgettable was the hospitality of the 80-something host, a former chef, who graciously prepared a beautiful and heartfelt breakfast ceremony for us. His kindness and attention to detail gave our journey a sense of home and heartfelt care. Thank you for not only providing a charming place to stay, but for making every guest feel seen, welcomed, and cherished. This will remain one of the warmest memories of my travels. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking quiet, history, and genuine hospitality. It’s more than just a B&B—it’s a soul-soothing experience."
