“This is such a unique property that has everything you need at an extremely affordable price! It's within walking distance of a lot of cool things, very clean, and full of charm.”

“I visited with three colleagues for a workshop in Astoria. This place is so nice, with a great view overlooking the river and four bedrooms. The bed I was in was super comfortable. One person brought their spouse, so they took the master suite downstairs and the rest of us each had a perfect spot upstairs. We enjoyed eating breakfast and visiting together in the evenings. I would do my very best to make sure I could stay here again if I'm ever back in Astoria.”

“Amazing little house just outside Astoria but one major issue and one minor issue. The major issue is if you are looking for a hot shower, this isn’t the place. The showers do not get warmer than luke warm. All the sink faucets get very hot so it’s not a hot water heater issue. The minor issue is that on low visibility days or night time arrivals for the first time to the property it is almost impossible to find the gravel driveway that leads up to the house. There are no lights or reflectors……

“Beautiful view of the river right from the huge windows in the kitchen. The view from the front porch is nice. I’m glad we were in the upstairs apartment. The furnishings were perfect for the style of the house. The family downstairs stairs were very sweet. ”
