Lady had a dog in the pool area that was barking and growling at kids in the pool. Front desk attendant never at front desk. No towels available. Hot water for tea was cold. Breakfast was unpleasant. Bananas were green, one orange with brown spots. Room smelled of previous cigarette smoking. Front desk staff not pleasant or welcoming.

We have stayed at this motel several times and have always enjoyed our stay. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. The room is always clean and a good breakfast. We have relatives in town so we have stayed here several times.

We stayed several days. The owner was great. He was very friendly & accomodating to some maintenance issues. The room was small but clean and perfectly acceptable . The breakfast was nice in the mornings. Really the only complaint that we have is their policy about not doing the rooms but once every 3 days. We asked housekeeping for fresh towels, to change the garbage cans, and make the bed, not even change the Linens, and he was literally surly and took a photo of the towels on the floor in the bathroom. Understand being short-staffed but fresh towels every day is not too much to ask at a hotel, particularly since they were absolutely not busy with no more than four or five rooms occupied any of the nights we were there.

We stayed here twice in the past month. Both visits were very good. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. I didn’t use the pool, but it was clean. The king sized bed was comfortable, and the five pillows allowed for comfortable sleep. Breakfast was filling and good. Home made waffles, biscuits and gravy (toasting the biscuits in the toasters makes them tastier). They also had eggs to make bagel or biscuit sandwiches.) Fresh fruit, juice, dry cereals and milk, and coffees finish complete the meal. Outside of breakfast hours, you are able to buy frozen pizzas and use a pizza over (among other food available for purchase.) A McDonalds and Arby’s and Culver’s are within sight. Two gas stations (one is a Kwik Trip, a common convenience store throughout Wisconsin, with all the usual snacks and many hot options for meals) are across the street. If you need something non-food, Walmart is about a near Culver’s. We will continue to stay here in the future

Chris at the front desk was great. Super helpful and friendly. Room was a little smelly and dated. Open holes in the wall in the bathroom where something had been moved and re-installed.
