“From the ease of checking in to the ease of checking out everything was great! The penthouse is gorgeous, immaculate, and so well equipped. The location is great for walking to restaurants, shops, and more. The river views can't be beat. Waverly is a sweet town! We were in town from Virginia for a wedding and the penthouse we were so glad we chose the Penthouse! Excellent!”

“Booked this stay on RAGBRAI with the key feature that there was laundry facilities available. No response to message asking for the laundry code. Found the property manager, and was told the dryer was broken. ”

“Plenty of room, very nice, clean place. Great location downtown CF. Would stay again.”

“Overall the studio was ok. there’s definitely a weird smell. There’s no where to hang up bath towels. No hand soap. The tub is not draining and was not clean, there were small hairs from someone else on the tray where you put a bar of soap. ”

“Location was good and the bed was comfy. No towels and the bathroom door would not shut. Shower barely drained as well.”

“The bed was comfortable. Air Conditioned. Clean. We would stay here again!”

“Met our needs. TV didn’t work. Tub didn’t drain right. Request for replacement towels and tub issues never addressed by management.”

“Do not recommend! The unit still had exposed electrical wiring, the TV had fallen off the wall prior to my arrival. The toilet seat was up, dirty with a dead bug. The owner NEVER responded to me. I was unable to stay there. ”

“The location is great for accessing bicycle trails and river walk. The apartment was spacious and was great to stay in on a wettish cool spring day.”
