“The house, porch and property were very clean. The host anticipated everything that a guest would need and had it ready for us including shampoo / toiletries, fire-starter bricks, a refrigerator filled with ice cold bottled water and sun screen. Any information that we needed was clearly communicated both inside the lake house and electronically. The lake house was charming and beautifully designed. I felt like I stepped back in time to a rustic (but posh) summer cabin on a lake. I loved the……

“We were in the area visiting family and had a wonderful time! The house is cozy, comfortable, clean and well appointed. It is close to everything. We walk to downtown, walked to Church on Sunday, sat on the small porch with our coffee and just thoroughly enjoyed out time in Opelika. We loved that it is very close to Auburn!! Thank you Diane for making your home available. We will be back! ”

“Our trip was so much fun! The property was beautiful and well maintained. The house was very clean and beautiful. I loved everything about it. Everything was labeled and so organized. The docks were great. Our teens loved the kayaks and the paddle boat. My son and his family stayed in the Blue Heron and loved their stay also. It was nice to have 2 houses to accommodate our family. We will definitely return next summer. I would highly recommend this cottage. ”
