“The reception at night didn’t give a clear instruction on how we park our car when we already arrived very late. He can’t speak English very well so we can’t communicate smoothly. Also, the reception at daytime was not keen in answering our questions, which was not we expect for a “four-star” hotel.”
“Nice environment and the room has nice view to the forest. The temperature of outdoor spring is not hot enough. The pools are not enough for guests and iris quite noisy as people keep talking when enjoying the spring and sunset. Good to have Cleese c”
