The room is extremely small
"The room is extremely small and the bed is also very small. I booked a king size bed and was given a double bed. My child could only sleep on the floor. No one came to change the bath towels in our room. The accommodation experience was extremely poor."

"Overall a great getaway! Very nice, and clean. Having a hand held shower head to use was great! Close to activities. The only issue was the couch was not very comfortable, other than that it was a great stay!"

"The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the room had a bit of a funk, and a mildew smell coming from the air-conditioning unit. It may have just been an issue with our room, and you can tell that the staff seems to be hard-working and keeps the hotel clean."
