NEIGHBORHOOD Located near the quaint town of Weaverville (Main St), where you can shop, hit the spa, or dine at Soba, The Glass Onion, Twisted Laurel, Blue Mountain Pizza or Mike's Main Street Grill. Also available is the bustling Well Bred Bakery.
Outside the town there is an Ingles, Publix, Aldi, 24 hour gym, Walmart, fast food, and more!!!
ACCESS Guest will be given the code to obtain access. You must sign and return pre-arrival paperwork, including a rental agreement, to obtain all checkin papers.

There is a privacy door between the hallway and this room. It is an open space but feels like a bedroom. Pull out sofa has memory foam toppers to add additional comfort.

DEC HOLIDAYS The December Holidays are split into two 6 night minimums. Christmas week and New Years week. Guests booking Christmas week (prior to Dec 26th) MUST be checked out by December 28th. Any reservations made that cross between the two holiday weeks may lead to cancellation if alternate arrangements can’t be made.
OTHER GREAT AMENITIES Fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of plates, pots, pans, glasses, etc. Regular drip coffee makers.
Babies and Kids: Pack and play with crib mattress, high chair and exersaucer, toys, wii and board games.
Supplies include: Dish soap, dish washer liquid, bar soap, cleaning supplies and laundry detergent. Linens and towels also provided.

HANDICAP ACCESS
Handicap Access Main House: There are 3 steps up to the front door into the main house, so assistance will be needed. Once through that door, you are on the main floor where there is a kitchen, dining area, living room, 2 sitting rooms a full bath and a half bath. No stairs are necessary to climb.
Handicap Access Apartment: There are no stairs to enter the apartment.
We do not provide handicap rails in the bathrooms.
RULES Sign Owners Vacation Rental Agreement & Pre-arrival Form No smoking No shoes in the home (except for the elderly, medical needs). Slippers OK Quiet please. No disturbing the neighbors No events or wild parties. Minimum age requirement to rent is 25+ Helene workers will require a -pre-screening, and an additional refundable security deposit of $500. We reserve the right to cancel.
MOUNTAIN HOME BUG DISCLAIMER. We do our utmost to control insects. However we are in the mountains so insects can still get into the home despite our best efforts. A few might get in during your stay. Lady bug seasons are common in Asheville. We spray and vacuum but they can still accumulate daily. It is a common occurrence for all homes in this area.
