Great Little Get-away

This was the perfect spot to stay in the Weaverville/Asheville area! The house was perfect for two couples to have plenty of space to spread out with great spaces to hang out. We loved the fire ring and enjoyed the cool mountain air. Was clean and well equipped for our stay. Location was great with very good restaurants nearby and close to Biltmore. Loved it! Would stay here again!

The best!

We enjoyed this little cottage so much! Immaculately clean which is always my number one issue. Great location , close to Asheville and Weaverville is a great little town too. Lots of room for the kids to play in the yard and the separate spaces upstairs and downstairs were great too. Two small complaints, the very limited plug ins upstairs and the fact they are 2 prong, as well as the water pressure is not amazing . Definitely not enough issues to take away from this amazing space though!

Lovely home!

We spent a long weekend in Weaverville in this beautiful property. There were 6 in our group, from age 12 to grandparents. We walked to the shops and restaurants on Main Street and explored the nature park. The guys golfed one day (there are several courses nearby) and the girls took a half day trip to DuPont State Forest to hike. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed. The downstairs is like a separate little living area with a bedroom, living room, and full bathroom. The kitchen was well-equipped and organized. We didn’t use the washer and dryer, but they were available. The home was very clean and the beds were comfy. The check in process was simple through the rental company. We received an email with all the access info well before we arrived. We will definitely stay here again!

Weaverville

Stayed here for a wedding we had north of Weaverville. Quite and clean spot, little small but the house accomplished all that we needed for a quick stay. Wifi and entry clear and easy Property Management is a bit much, compared to other Vrbo's I have stayed at. They email you everyday, have you sign documents, they text you constantly, they even called me after I checked in and more contact after I checked out. Not ideal honestly and a bit excessive House also comes empty, no spare condiments or even seasoning for food. Just FYI

Charming Spot Minutes Away from Asheville!

If I could buy this house, I absolutely would. It has an incredible amount of charm, and really feels like a semi-cabin escape from the city. The house was clean, offered everything my family and I needed, and was only 15 minutes from Asheville town center. The check-out instructions were sparse, and when I messaged the property to clarify, I received no response. However, I feel like as long as you're a tidy and polite guest, you'll have nothing to worry about on that front. I would still absolutely recommend this place!

Clean, well appointed, quiet, great location

Next time we return to Weaverville, we will definitely stay here again. 5 stars. Walking distance to downtown Weaverville and Lake Louise. Easy access to the highway to get down to Asheville. The property is newly renovated and very clean. Beds are comfortable. Big kitchen. Large laundry room. Plentiful storage, closets and hanging space for a week’s worth of gear for a family of four who travels a little heavy. There’s a front porch, a small screened in porch off the kitchen, a patio off the downstairs family room, and a fire pit in the side yard if you want to spend outdoor time at the house. We ended up going to the parks, which are so close. If you’re looking for a rental in Weaverville, I fully recommend Grove St Cottage.

Location, Light, and Just Right

Perfect for our needs. Close to family living in Weaverville. We were able to walk through town or to Lake Louise. The front porch was divine for morning breakfast in the sunshine. Great light throughout the house. Kitchen had most of what we needed and the round table was perfect for our family of 7.

Convenient to attractions but out far enough away from city. Enjoyed fire pit. Was told there was a Keurig when I specifically asked. No Keurig. Could use railings on front porch stairs. Hall bath sink did not drain correctly. Perfect amount of space. Downstairs tub hard to drain.

awful customer service from Turnkey

The property was fine and location was good. Very small kitchen and not equipped with quality pots and pans. If you are a person who enjoys cooking everyday, this is definitely not the place for you. Working with Turnkey is a nightmare. Getting our questions about whether or not there was air conditioning took an act of congress. One day they said it did and other day they said it did not, but ultimately it did. It is impossible to get anyone to call you back. We left a few items there and let them know the day we left. It is now day 10 and they still have not shipped our items back to us. It actually took 5 days for them to go to the property to get our items. We will never use Turnkey again. Their folks know nothing about the homes they represent.

Charming, reasonably priced, super convenient

Stumbled upon this listing and it was perfect. It is surprisingly spacious with a perfect little outdoor space. Super sweet place. We walked to downtown Weaverville everyday. We will definitely use this as a go-to rental when we are back in town.

Great house, great location.

The separation of space for two families was great. Backyard space was also wonderful and we took advantage of the fire pit while roasting marshmallows for s’mores. House had everything needed to cook meals with a large table for everyone to sit. Very close walk to town. Would recommend and stay again.
