This newly remodeled dog friendly home is 4BR/2BA home is a tranquil getaway bordering the idyllic Blue Ridge Mountains situated at the base of a mountain for you and your family.

Highlights include a completely covered out door hot tub, outdoor fire pit, multiple hiking trails on the property to the spectacular Reems Creek and 2 luxurious king beds, jacuzzi bathtub and super fast cable WIFI.

Your rental boasts prime outdoor space with a large breezy back porch of incredible base mountain views and grill, as well as a sprawling yard with outdoor fire pit.

Discover the natural splendor of North Carolina at nearby parks including Reems Creek Golf Course (5 min. away) or head to hip Asheville for shopping and dining.

LIVING AREAS - 2 Lounge Areas
Upstairs lounge area seats 10 with an electric fireplace and the 55” smart flat-screen TV on sectional sofa.

Down lounge area seats 7 with a 45” flat-screen TV on sectional sofa.

KITCHEN & DINING
The fully-stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry, and an island with seating for two.

This one-story home sleeps 10 total in four bedrooms.

Two full bathrooms are each stocked with plenty of plush towels and a complimentary starter supply of toiletries.

The full upstairs bathroom features a luxury jacuzzi bath tub.

The first upstairs spacious bedroom is outfitted with a memory foam king bed and dresser with closet.

The second bedroom upstairs features two double beds for kids, dresser and closet.

We stayed at this lovely home for my wife's birthday weekend. It was exactly what we were hoping for. Quiet, relaxing, gorgeous views/property.. the trees lining the yard were just starting to bloom, sunrise in a hot tub with coffee is phenomenal.

Engagement Getaway

This place was the perfect getaway for me to propose to the love of my life. (She said yes lol) The views were spectacular, the hot tub was perfect, and the house was super cozy! a little of an Older place but clean and nicely appointed... 4 separate bedrooms. on 2 levels... nice deck, grill, fire-pit, hot tub... everything you could want in a mountain retreat.. excellent communication with owner also!! will stay here aging when I am in the area..

Had a decent time!

The grass was quite overgrown where the gazebo was, and so we didnt get a chance to get pictures there. Really wish we could have checked in earlier and checked out later since this was a house and not a hotel. There should have been more toilet paper at the rental, we had to use tissues. We still made the best of what we were working with, but I probably wouldn't stay here again. Especially for the price.

Beautiful location

The property is perfectly located not far from town, and still gives you the feel of being out in the country. The home was comfortable, and my husband and I enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere! The hosts were so fast to communicate if we needed anything, and they made the check in process super easy!

Catherine and christian were such great hosts! We loved how private and scenic the property was. The back deck has tons of space for outdoor fun and the house was perfect for our group. Very clean and comfortable. Only 15 minutes from the downtown attractions! Highly recommend :)

Perfect mountain oasis

We rented this home while visiting Biltmore. We wanted something close but still quiet and peaceful. This was the PERFECT spot!!! 5 stars on all accounts! We made family memories that we will cherish forever! The swing over the stream had even the oldest adult laughing like a little kid and the hot tub was the perfect ending to a long day of walking. We will be renting this home again!

Mountain retreat

Catherine’s house was the perfect location for a getaway. Not far from grocery stores, only a 15-20 drive to downtown Asheville, and a short drive to the cute town of Weaverville. The bedrooms were fully stocked with blankets, towels and sheets. And the kitchen had all the things we needed to make dinner. The back porch is the perfect location for great views, and morning coffee drinking!!! Highly recommend!

Beautiful mountain view

We loved our stay with the gorgeous view of the mountains. It was a nice and peaceful place to relax after we visited the Biltmore Estate. Although everything was clean, the downstairs did have a musty smell and some of the furnishings were dated but it didn’t bother us because cleanliness is more important than modern furnishings. The only real downfall was the water pressure. You couldn’t run more than one source at a time.

Nice view, fast communication with owner

Everything was nice, i might would suggest replacing the rugs, especially in downstairs, there was an unpleasant odor and i think it was the rugs. Other than that, the property was very inviting.

Conveniently located

We visited the shops at Biltmore Village, went to eat in Weaverville, and went skiing at Wolf Ridge Ski Resort. Everything was just a short drive distance away. The house was big enough for my family. We especially loved the large dining table that accommodated our family for Christmas.
