“Staff was friendly and Helpful. The thing I didnt like was we got to town after dark. We had a hard time finding the entrance. I thank a sign out by the street would be a good thing.”

“Good check in and a little trouble with the 3rd party booking but all in all a pleasant stay.”

“The front desk staff were very rude, explaining that our family could not visit us at the hotel. The phone didn't work, paint was peeling of walls, bathrooms needed a lot of work and updating. ”

“2nd time at this hotel. 1st time room wasn’t ready at check and had to wait for room to be cleaned. This time I called ahead to make sure room would be ready when we got there. The woman that answered the phone said my room was ready, but didn’t even ask for my name before she hung up. The room was not ready. We were asked to wait in my daughters room while it was supposedly being cleaned. After 15 minutes, we realized there wasn’t anyone in the room cleaning it. Went back down to let him know.……

“The only complaint i have is the lock trying to get in on some rooms are very hard for the key to register. Other than that the staff is very friendly and amazing. They respect your privacy which is a big deal to me.”

“No interference in the room but very poor customer care. They are not ready to help . The day i checked out they didn't even know. I had to leave my room key as a sign i had checked out”
