“Our stay in this unique art house was good. We loved what the owner is trying to do with the decor. It is unusual and quirky but the beds were comfortable and as we were at the folk festival that was important.The shower was tricky as a lot of water ended up on the floor through the shower curtain and the fact that the shower floor is higher than the surrounding floor! Terrifying for the elders in our group! ”

“Spacious with a very nice location and great view of the lake. It's missing key kitchen items like drinking glasses, salt and pepper, cooking oil and cleaning supplies that would have made our stay more comfortable. Could have used a few extra towels and maybe some blackout blinds for the rooms that get a lot of light due to the nice large windows that walk out to the balconies. Overall a really good stay for a large group. The host was great with check-in times and communication.”

A bit dated in areas and the shower in the ensuite was leaking.Living area doesn’t have enough seating for 14 people unless you want to sit at dining table all evening.But beds were comfortable and clean and there was sufficient bedding and blankets for everyone. The carpet was so gross - stained, (especially the stairs), looked greasy and flattened, and LOTS of dirt/particles still on the floor when we checked in.
